19 June 2010 - Powe Property Sales Agent Clint Smith reached a key milestone today by selling his 100th and 101st property since starting his real estate sales career.

Clint’s first full year as a sales agent was in 2009 and has established a career in the post-boom real estate market prevalent in Cairns since the start of 2008.

Clint has already been highly awarded with Real Estate Results Network Awards under his belt for his performances throughout 2009,  was pleased to reach such a milestone in such a short period of time, commenting “There have been certainly many stories with each of the sales that occurred. What a way to reach 100 – 2 sales in one day. I already feel like I’m on my way to 200!”

Clint added “I really owe it all to the Powe System. Applying a simple but effective process has allowed me to get results I never thought were possible”.
