High clearances of properties sold in the office in January confirm the positive shift in market sentiment that we noticed over the past few months. More people than ever are asking our team "How's the market?" It is no secret that buyers have been holding tightly on to their cash, but they have become far more inquisitive lately, sensing movement in the market.

We are proud to announce the addition of 3 new staff members, Kev Twomey (yes Andy’s brother) has joined the Powe team.  Kev will be focusing on the Brinsmead/Park Ridge area as he has had many successful years selling real estate in these suburbs and has many loyal clients happy to see his return to the industry. 

Also joining the team was Sarah Jackson and Tamara Stewart, they will be involved in administration and sales support.  Sarah has numerous years of real estate experience in sales and property management, whereas Tamara has come from the tourism industry and is excited to join the real estate industry.

Our team has grown radically over the past 12 months enabling us to cover more suburbs providing exceptional service to Cairns and interstate clients.
