New Property Sales Strategy We have now implemented a new property sales strategy to speed up the sale of properties and to give them a competitive edge amongst a crowded market. In a tight market it’s important to stand out from the crowd. Powe Property developed a sales strategy, Power Sale, which uses the method of selling without a price for the first two to three weeks of marketing the property. All interested buyers are qualified and then they are offered the opportunity to attend an open home, or an appointment is made for an inspection. Once they have inspected the property, the agent obtains feedback from the buyer including what the property is worth to them. This method of sale has been proven in attracting more buyers. It seems that by taking away the advertised asking price of the seller, it makes the buyer decide how much the property is worth to them. It also enables seller’s to obtain feedback from potential buyers earlier and asking prices can be decided and adjusted to meet the market faster, resulting in a sale made sooner at the best possible price. |
